Onsite services are hourly rate services.
Hourly rates start at $125 for computer and network services
within a 5 mile radius of the store. Further locations
reflect with an increase in the first hour rates.
Computer and network services include the Nokomis,
Osprey, Venice, Sarasota, Bradenton, and Manatee areas.

Onsite Printer/Plotter services start at the aforementioned
rates, but travel fee may apply depending on location.
Onsite Printer/Plotter services include a much larger
area, and should first be checked with onsite technician
to see if the area is covered.

In-store repair covers most hardware and software issues, including but not limited to:

Troubleshooting / Diagnosis
Malfunctioning Operating system
Malfunctioning software
Malfunctioning hardware
Virus infection
System upgrades
Routine software cleaning
Data retrieval

Applicable systems include:
PC; Mac; iDevices; Smartphones; Tablets; Printers; DesignJets; Televisions.
